In the CC Changelog ( rom/help/changelog ), there's a ’ character.
(Line 108)
The terminal cannot display the ’ character.
( Note that it's not the regular apostrophe, its the 'fancy' one )
As a result, if you attempt to scroll to that line in the 'edit' program, or the 'help' program, the computer crashes.
It's a pretty small thing, but you literally can't view that line in-game. Or any line below it, unless you write a program to skip the character.
