Computer cart

Simple as that. Minecart + computer = computer cart. If you use turtle to craft it, it could also move on its own, maybe access chest inventories (kinda like hopper cart) etc. Activator rails could also interact with them.

I actually thought of this to better improve railcraft + computercraft integration mainly but even just the idea of having a moving computer seems really practical. This wouldn't be a good addition to the base mod since it really doesn't fit in with the stuff Dan has in but if someone decided to make it and put it in one of the peripheral mods/addons it would be really cool to see
