It looks like CCTweaks and MoarPeripherals are interfearing with each other. Probably CCTweaks, it's in the crashlog several times.

Hey don't be sad! We (ab)use CC-Tweaks full blocks modem on server soo much that some bugs were bound to come up sooner or later!
And while i miss Chat-Box from Misc Peripherals i love CC-Tweaks more!
But yea removing Misc Peripherals from the server removed crashes.

Sorry :(/>. I've reported it as a bug to myself.
Don't worry about it, we ( I ) prefer CCTWeaks so much more, and MoarPeripherals was causing lag.
