What is Rednet Addons?
Rednet Addons is an "api" that runs on the computer startup. It does NOT use os.loadAPI(). It currently adds some very simple functions that could be helpful.
Why is there so little?
It's currently meant to be a little "project," just so I can see how the community likes it. I will be adding many more things in the near future.
How do you get it?
You can install it by running this in your computer:
*new version* Installer will now install the latest version.
Fixed a bug that made the code basically useless.
This will add the initialization to the startup as well as download the API.
Please post bugs and suggestions down below. =)
Added functions & how to use it
This adds functions to the "rednet" api, meaning that you would use rednet.getModem() in your code (anywhere in the computer)
Functions:
-autoFind(p) "p" is if you want it to choose wireless or wired first, use rednet.modemType.(WIRELESS/WIRED)
–Returns side, type
-getModem()
–Returns side, type
Overwrites rednet.open slightly to work better with the API and it will also close all other modems.
