simple OS request for base control

what i need is a simple looking basic computer compatible OS. i was thinking of an up and down scroller with editable folders and subfolders. inside these i would be able to add buttons that trigger sripts, or on/off switches(for controlling lights for example). no games, no Ink, no browser. just base controls

You can't manually sort the buttons but it is pretty handy for controlling redstone
