I'm using Microsoft Edge (version 20.10240.16384.0) and I'm unable to cancel an edit or use the full editor when editing the first post in
this topic.
However, it works when using Internet Explorer 11 (version 11.0.10240.16603)

You may need to tell microsoft this issue (use the windows feedback app).
Also this is likely something the forum mods will not be able to easily fix as it is caused by the forum software.

you can try installing a different browser like firefox/google chrome, they have shown to be faster and may fix the problem you're getting. i recommend you get google chrome, since firefox has some problems with these forums.

I've heard of more issues with Chrome. I use Firefox and have had no issues.

I don't particularly like either of those, the look and feel doesn't fit in with Windows 10's style. On top of that, Edge provides all the developer tools I need (Firefox doesn't support proper network observation and Idek about Chrome).

I use Chrome, and I have no problems with the forums. However, Chrome doesn't support Unity Web Player, which is why I sometimes use firefox. I'm not sure what you'd call proper network observation, but chrome does have More Tools > Developer Tools, which includes a 'Network' tab.
