Hiya Pooja,
It sounds like you're looking for a resident of Sea Cliff, in New York? Or are you intending to go with some sort of video-streaming set up? A local coder would likely be better for your purposes, but you'll likely have a hard time finding one through these boards, I'm afraid.
ComputerCraft makes use of Lua with some additional custom APIs. You may be better off advertising locally for a
Lua teacher instead, as anyone adequately equipped to teach the language will have little difficulty adapting to the specifics of the mod.
Also consider looking into
ComputerCraftEdu - this is an addon for the main ComputerCraft mod which provides a graphical, tile-based interface for writing programs. It's primarily intended for use with
MinecraftEdu (which you may already be familiar with), but it can also be used with the regular edition of Minecraft.

I have taught pure Lua to kids before as my dad is a headteacher, I may be able to help out via screen sharing and voice over IP?
Thanks
