[1.3.3][SSP] CC + RP2 + TooManyItems

The Issue:
TooManyItems phases in and out of working.
Clarification :
I'll be playing MC, getting items from TMI, press "e" again, and then it suddenly disappears.
It won't re-appear for a while. I have no idea how long.
Saving, quitting, re-loading the world doesn't help.
Neither does fully exiting.

I haven't had this issue with TMI until CC.
Devs/Mods/Admins - Is there a compability issue between TMI and CC, or am I just doing something wrong/hallucinating?

Forgot to toggle TMI with "o".
