I was getting the same thing earlier on a different server. No clue what the issue is, but its a bit concerning and interesting.

I get the same sort of error when I send messages through rednet/a modem repeatedly.
It probably has to do with the java-side of the modem messaging system.
It might be because it tried to send a message when the modem block was already unloaded.

I had this issue with CCTweaks though it has now been fixed. It probably also occurs in vanilla CC. I got this message when the modem has been removed for whatever reason CC thinks it is still there.
