[WIP] ComputerCraft Video Program - Create & Play Videos!

Hello,
Today I am announcing a quick set of (2) programs for video. This is currently WIP 0.1, so don't expect too many features now. With this set comes two programs: video_pack and video_load. video_pack will pack images created in paint into a video to be played by video_show. video_show will show the videos you create with video_pack.
