I need a turtle programm which is like tunnel but i should change the wide and height and depth and it should go back to a chest with their materials ans should place torches

Changing width, height, and depth is easy, returning to a chest is less easy but still not difficult. Placing torches is a bit of a problem though.
You may find turtlescripts.com helpful in finding a program, or you could search the turtle programs forum.
If you can't find exactly what you want, we'd be happy to help you make it yourself. We generally don't make programs on request, although it's not entirely out of the question for something this simple.
