[Server Utilitys] Beta program signup

Hello, I am working every other weekend on a complex program, I plan on making it for server owners which use computercraft latest stable version.
To signup is free, The first 25 will be added for beta releases when available. No progress has been made but will be minutes after this post.
Signups will be closed after 25 as I feel there are not many servers up on the latest version.

What is the program that you're writing? What is its purpose and how far along is it?
What are server owners signing up for?

My program is going to be a server wide program. It will be able to communicate between servers. Its for admins running servers. One main idea is a report tool, On servers its really easy to install mods that are equivalent to modded .jars. You'll be able to notify other servers of bannings. I plan on adding a way for server owners to place monitors and add images or create "Advertisements".
All through API's. I am not in a position to manage this 24/7. I am in grade 12 (In a college with continuing Ed (Gr.12) with construction and software engineering. I can release it Bi weekly (weekends). But I am also looking for some support ATM. I would love another average - advanced LUA coder to help with this project in there free time. and a support member that will answer questions. Keep in mind only 0.6% is actually done ATM. Releases will be to hand picked beta testers that apply here. If you would like to help as a coder or support member please apply the same way but with this layout

Free time to code: #Bi-Weekly (Help get a release done every other week) Weekends (One release a weekend) etc.
Do you know/understand the HTTP API?: #Yes required, if not you have a chance to learn it before I pick an applicant.
Skype?: #DONT LEAVE YOUR SKYPE NAME HERE THATS HOW YOU GET DDOSED (Not by me)
Do you know how to make APIs?: #This program is 75%+ APIs

Can you write fluent English?: #I don't have time to write fluently with grammar. So this will be your required skill.
Do you have experience?: #Blogs, News writer etc all count
