Nekolyte - version a1.3

Now at version a1.3!

Well, it's been a very long time since I've coded an OS/UI.

This time, it isn't a NDFJay Tutorial OS, or just a fancy program to shutdown and restart the computer!

I present to you all, Nekolyte!

Fixed, first time setup and login were broken.

Security bug: Login literally does not work, I pressed enter twice and got in.
