I have made a program that displays stored energy with a graph, it is compatible with IC2 but I don't know if it work in 1.4.7 (wrote it for 1.7.10)

You can off course try to make your own program, start by trying to wrap the battery as a peripheral and see if you can read the energy stored and max energy.

I have found this useful but I cannot run it on 1.4.7.
