Where is the 1.10.2 CC update for minecraft?

There isn't one yet. Dan200 doesn't have an unlimited amount of free time to spend on the mod, and his attentions have been on more important issues for a while now.

People (myself included) have managed to get the beta for 1.9.4 to work on 1.10.2 with SquidDev's Unborked mod.
Be warned, it's a beta running in an environment that it's not designed for with another mod patching it for 1.10.2.

FWIW, I've been logging into the Project Beta server on an infrequent basis (1.10.2 with Unborked), and it really does seem to be pretty stable.
