It basically says it in the name. I think it would be cool if we could craft a mining turtle with enchanted pickaxes and then the turtle will be 'enchanted'. You could then give your turtles silk touch enchantments and also fortune enchantments. Of course unbreaking pickaxes wouldn't do anything unless the pick axes then had durability.
Maybe a better way of doing this however would be a complete rewrite of how the crafting system works. Say you create a turtle and you place it down.
When you open up the turtle interface it would have an extra inventory slot for 'items to use to mine'. It would then use placed item to dig. Ultimately this could allow you to have durability on the pickaxes etc. However a lot of you may be asking 'why?'. Well the main reason is to make the turtle a bit more balanced though don't get me wrong, I love how the turtle is now and I wouldn't like durability on the pickaxes but if it would give the ability to use enchanted pickaxes etc. then I might not mind so much.
