Turtle Monitoring System

I am looking for a program that will help me manage my turtles that are mining(excavation program) in the nether for me. I would love for me to be able to access it from the overworld if possible. I would also like the program able to have 16+ turtles at a time. I would also like it to be all displayed on a monitor in a spreadsheet style.

I guess this is a sign that I should get back to working on Hive.
