troubles setting profile picture.

I am having a problem setting a profile picture for my account.
I have tried both uploading a 200PX image and providing a url of two difference picture but get
either a "Failed to set a new photo" or "Could not save the URL image specified" ??

Image uploader is broke. AFAIK nobody but dan200 has the access required to fix it, and he's busy.

TL;DR use Gravatar.
