I know the staff can move topics from forums to other forums. But can users do so too? It would be usefull.
Or can I ask a staff to move a topic? If yes, how?

You can report your own topic (bottom right, next to "MultiQuote") and ask the staff to move a topic through that.

If a post is breaking the forum rules, you can report it and a moderator will take care of it.
