Hello World is an anarchy* ComputerCraft server made for 1.12.2.
*No dupe or fly hacks, all other hacks are fine, also no lag machines

In all honesty, no ones going to install the pack from something like mediafire
I suggest you use technic.

I'll get technic set up at a later time, but I'll replace the link with a dropbox one so that it's more secure

You can use
https://www.noip.com/ to turn the IP into an actual domain. Best of all, it's free. Give it a try!
