Alight i have the structure but theres a few things i need to add but dont know how, useing dreamweaver btw Can you give me a hand? i have skype and teamview and stuff

No no i wouldnt expect you to build the whole thing, I need to figure out how to add a backround behind some windows and add a drop down list that will link other pages on the banner
