Hello,
Today I tried to install 1.4 on my PC.
I installed the recommended forge (3.3.7, FML included now in forge, Risugamis Modloader not needed) for 1.2.5 started it, and it worked. Then I put the ComputerCraft 1.4.1 Archive into mods folder. I started it and after the Mojang logo came a black screen.
Another time, I installed Risugami's modLoader too and then there came a black screen too.
Another time, I extracted ComputerCraft 1.4.1 into a folder, and put this folder in the mods folder. Black screen again.
Can you help me? I don't know what Im doing wrong.
PS.: Yes, I deleted META-INF ;)/>/>

oh i know what u did wrong. with the archive open it, then in your mods folder make a folder Called ComputerCraft then extract the archive in there and try run mc =D

I did this:

depressing because everbody is talking about CC 1.4 and I don't know how to install. :(/>/>Ok Im trying to reinstall Java now. (I reinstalled MC too)PS.: Oh and I noticed this problem because I wanted to join your server ;)/>/>

djblocksaway's datas worked, but this was very mysterious:
First I installed only CC (he had a lot of mods in his package that he sent me): Blackscree
Then I installed all Mods (in the package he sent me): it works!
mysterious…

I'm having a similar problem but I'm running tekkit ;)/>/>
Tekkit is a whole different ball park. They may have modified CC to get it to work with the rest of the mods in the pack. Normally all of those mods do not play nice with each other and will not run if they are all installed at the same time.
You will probably have to work with the folks at tekkit to get 1.4.1 working.

To me it looks like you're using an old version of forge. Recommended version is what you should be using.

And I have a problem with instalation this mod too. I wan't to install CC on Minecraft 1.3.1. But this didn't working. I go for the instruction but minecraft don't notice this, and run without mod. Can you give me few advice to install this, becouse in the internet is big dirt and I lost myself in that,please.
P.S.
English isn,t my native language, i do many mistakes.

CC is not available for 1.3.1/1.3.2 yet, the latest client/server is for MC 1.2.5

Install this build of MC Forge!
CC 1.41 IS ONLY COMPATIBLE WITH 3.3.8http://jenkins.minecraftforge.net:7070/job/Forge/145/That is the build to download for it to work.. with some improvements.
