[1.41] Turtle power alternative.

It's fun Turtle use fuel now. But would you please add ability to use other power sources?

RP2 Bluetricity: connect to BT cable, use BT Battery or place Solar Panel above and wait;
IC2 EU: cables, batteries and solars again;
BC pneumopower: connect to Conductive Pipes, Engines or bring RS Engine with yourself to recharge when needed.

I for one would love to see a config option that requires IC2 power on all computers and monitors. Again; config option. Not everyone wants that who has IC2. But i need a good reason for all my nuclear reactor designs =P
