kimble/kim schmitz/kim dotcom is the biggest yerk out there…
i follow him for over 10 years, and he is that self-centered, egoistic and driven to show off, that it makes me puke at times.

too bad, you missed kimble.org, kimpire.com, trendax.com and all his hoax sites… he also never was a hacker, as he likes to self-proclaim. maybe the ccc still has the story about it online if you google for that one, but its been what - 15 years?

i must confess though he is kinda lucky (or maybe even gifted) when it comes to business though. and what the US did with him was all but okay.

I can't even see this video due to being on 2G, but if I had to guess someone is advocating hacking to fight SOPA/PIPA/ACTA. Not the place for this - discussion of illegal activity will not be tolerated.

Edit: apparently I was wrong - but please don't talk about illegal activity. Boasting about LOIC would not be advised.

Did this make anybody else want to watch V for Vendetta for the 50th time?
And this is now my number one favorite song!

@mad-murdock: Please reframe from posting hateful words… it just makes the post not look good at all XD (this is just a personal favor to ask, really XD)

i dont think, that yerk is a hateful word. if i would flame, i got an arsenal of far worse words on hand. but i usually dont flame.

what makes me sad is the fact, that this guy successfully tries to make himself an idol on the fight against stupid laws like sopa, pipa, etc. he is not an idol. if you do some research, you will notice, he already was a convicted criminal far before the megaupload start. he probably financed megaupload with the money he gained on the coup. and before that, he proclaimed himself as being a hacker. its one thing, the media forgets about his criminal past and his non-legit claims, but when i see smart people like the ones here fall for his tricks, it hurts.

he is a false prophet

also, i payed him too much attention for one day…

^ Has a point jerk isn't a "mean" word..
We aren't talking about illegal stuff, were talking more about the inspiration this video has given the world.
@Cloudy I know you were on your 2g phone..

Someone mentioned LOIC. Pretty sure that's illegal, hence my warning.

Actually its legal to an extent.
There is a "maximum" amount of damage that is stated in the law. Going above that is illegal….

Don't talk crap. I won't tolerate discussions of it here, or anything else illegal. Something used to DOS sites for malicious purposes is definitely not legal - but feel free to be a sheep and get yourself thrown in jail.

Anyway, back on topic - without illegalities thanks.
