Now that you've done that, posting a suggestion is simple.

[1.3] Add x to y.


Just simply make sure to include a version number in brackets.
Make intelligent suggestion.

What do you mean by add a version number, surely the suggestions would be for next version which would be 1.4???

No, you can make suggestion considering current version in its next release or suggestions considering peripherals/APIs for the current version.
