I think these forums need a Tech Support forum for those who are having technical problems with the mod. Currently this usually ends up in Ask a Pro or Bugs, but it doesn't really belong in either of those, because it's not about programming, and it's not a bug. It would make it easier for those with a more technical knowledge to find people who need help with technical aspects of the mod, rather than the actual use of the computers.

He means so people who have a bad download can get a step-by-step of what they need to do to install the mod, rather than it winding up in Ask a Pro, which is usually for Lua programs, or mistakenly placed in Bugs.

You're never going to stop all tech support posts, surely somebody with 600 posts should know that by now.
There's always going to be that guy why can't figure out why he can't place a modem on his turtle, or why it didn't work when he put computercraft into his jar.
Look through the bug reports forum. There are plenty of posts there that aren't bugs at all. Permissions problems, installed CC wrong, trying to drop into a furnace from the wrong direction, etc.
