ComputerCraft server!

I'm not sure if it counts as "media", if it don't, then feel free to move my topic to wherever it fits.

I've been running a computercraft server for a while now, and just want to post it here.

All registration and filling out applications happens there. I will most likely not whitelist anyone from this topic.

I am looking forward to your server, sadly i am using the cracked version of minecraft and you would have to change online mode to false. my mc name is unstopablekk and i will soon make videos on scripting. I have made many scripts involving turtles in computercraft and dont mind sharing a few. One of them that i made was a copy of the bombrunning script used in computer crafts video but you need a password to use the script. I also think that you should use redworks to protect peoples computers.. I would love to join and will try my best to post pics as soon as i can or create tutorials. and yes im 16 playing minecraft and learning to script… lol

I can also help you to where you can drag a really good script someone made and have it on every computer that is placed down. or any computer you want to place down.

i myself would rather not go through the security issues of doing this, you could basically log in as the administrator if you wanted to with online mode off.

maybe you should just buy the game, mow a lawn or something, haha.

Is it only ComputerCraft or is there any other mods too?

I didn't mean you specifically, I quite literally meant anyone including myself. They can still log on as a whitelisted name, which includes the administrator, and banning them would ban yourself. You'd have to unban yourself and do it repeatedly in order to get the impostor out.

In other words it's just too much goddamn trouble.

And that's why I used offline-auth on my server. Every admin should do this, minecraft for all! ;)/>/>

The server is not bukkit. . .

Buy Minecraft. It costs only 20 Euros don't be a pirate, while it's not stealing it is abd and it does stop the games you love getting made (if everyone just pirated Minecraft then Notch would still be working full time and would onloy be able to spend a fraction of his time on Minecraft).

Hm. Might have a look at the whitelist form…
It makes me laugh, though, to see that a disscussion about a server can turn into a disscussion about piracy… xD

You should get bukkit, I did along with many other mods. Download them at my site, but I wont give out because I don't advertise on other people's threads.
