Team Econ is a group of coders whose goal is to create a set of programs that can automate a fully-functional CC economy without plugins. To accomplish this, we will use the StringUtils API by Tomass1996, the printer peripheral by louitzie, and the immibis peripheral. These are not the only ones, though. In the process of creating an automated economy, we ourselves will more than likely produce a few APIs.

So… Here`s an idea.
1. User goes to a store and inserts his floppy on a disk drive and types his password
2. The store will encrypt and send the card id and the password through satellites/cables to a main computer.
3. If the password is correct, it will send a "approved" message to the store
4. The store will print a receipt
5. The main PC will send a mesaage to the database pc
6. The database PC transfers money from one account to another.
7. The main PC logs the purchase
———-
The same process applies to virtual products sold through the rednet (internet)

Working on a safe connection system to prevent people hacking into the system.
The whole connection will be encrypted using different systems, we just need to make up a safe system of handling the keys.
Edit: Sending a ping through the system every 5 secs prevents hackers from interrupting the program.

Shouldn't be that hard, some decryption here, some encryption there, some safe password passing, etc.
