CC dont work (Black Minecraft Screen)

Hi,

i have a little big problem with CC Version 1.41.

I tried it to install, but when i start MC, i become a BlackScreen.
I Use Minecraft 1.2.5 and IndustrialCraft2, RedPower2 ,[IC2-Addon Nuclear Control] (And Modloader + MC Forge for 1.2.5)

i need it for server too, but there i become many errors, that make no sence.

I hope, that someone can help me :D/>/>

Try updating your version of forge to 152 or higher.
