Hello.

I spend a lot of time staring into CC monitors on the server I play on, and as a result end up unintentionally ignoring people in chat (often).

My suggestion is very simple - Can you please remove the bottom part of the shading
(- the semi-transparent drawrect that covers the rest of the screen)
when you are in the console GUI,
as it covers the chat, and as a result makes me seem like an ignorant bastard.

sorry for the run-on sentence.
Searched for chat - found not much related to this / sorry if this has been posted before.

thanks for your time.

Why not keep your eyes on the bottom left corner? When ppls names come up, exit out. (I dont think this affects your programs)

It'a matter of convenience.
Your way, you have to exit the console (and pause/lose your train of thought) every time you want to read chat -
I'm just saying it would be nice to not have to.

I totally agree with you Kaj it is frustrating to have to stop mid coding just to see what everybody is talking about

Please no. Chat already gets in my way when I'm trying to do stuff at night, I don't need it also covering my editor.

Change GUI size to Normal in video settings –> Profit?
