A vacuum peripheral. Say you have a mob trap and the items despawn so you have a pressure plate send a redstone signal to a computer to go send the info to go collect the drops and place them in a chest. But your turtle can't pick up dropped items.

A chest peripheral. Often you send your turtle out mining only to find that half the stuff have been dropped because it can't hold all the different types of blocks it mines and you end up have to go and collect the items your self.

these are just examples of uses with the peripherals. If somebody can make these an addon I would be really grateful.

P.S. with the vacuum have it pick up blocks from at least two block radius

You can do that easily with turtles. They can suck items and drop them in chests. No need to make peripherals for that.

Well I guess the vacuum is useless but for the chest, an inventory of nine is a joke for something that takes a chest to craft. So I just saying adding this to allow a full chest size inventory

Never mind I just saw the updated wiki post. Is that my server is still running mc 1.2.5 so I had the 9slot inventory
