Hello all Range here,
currently i am running CC on tekkit (which I don't like) so if it is possible can anyone let me use a 1.2.5 (computercraft 1.4) modded jar file. That would be wonderful thank you (P.S it is only illegal if you have not bought the game and i have if you wanna check (if it is possible to check) my username is Rangemuldee)

Actually, its illegal to distribute publicly. Someone would have to pm you the modded jar for it to be legal..

That's kind of what I meant.
I need it because I can't find a 1.2.5 jar let alone mod it and MCNostalgia isnt working.
So if you have a 1.2.5 1.4 modded Jar I would love you forever if you would PM me it

Since when was it illegal to post a link to a previous version of MC? I used this for my recent install:

You're kind of right, since you can download the minecraft.jar without owning Minecraft anyway, because
http://s3.amazonaws....raft*********** (starred out because if people who don't want to pay for Minecraft want to do this, they have to find it out themselves, 'cause I don't support it) has all of the files needed to run Minecraft.
But, because of the ToS, you can't MIRROR the download, like if you had a 1.2.5 jar it's illegal to put it up for download, so that minecraftmine.org thing is illegal. Also they have the older versions of Minecraft on ********.
minecraft.net/1_2_5, etc.

Well that is stupid,
I have a 1.2.5 clean jar
I put forge on it
i put CC on it
Black screen
I put forge/modlaoder/CC
black screen
modloader/CC
blackscreen
Can someone atleast give me EXACT dropbox downloads and detailed instructions because this isnt right that everyone else is succesful with this.

What version of forge are you using? It has to be 152 at least.
Also, are you putting CC inside the jar? It must be inside the mods folder.

Thing is if i gave you my Jar, it would be identical to yours if you set it up correctly. So re-reread how to install the mods and redo it properly.

Steps to install CC:
- Download CC.
- Download Forge Modloader
- Open minecraft.jar with zip program of your choice.
- DELETE META-INF
- Drag all files from Forge Modloader to the .jar
- Close .jar, you're done with it…
- Make a folder labeled "mods" if you don't see one already
- Put CC zip into that folder.
- You're done.
These instructions are everywhere you look for installing a mod. Just reread the instructions, step by step. Mods aren't that hard, the hardest part is FML.

This is an Illegal download of a Minecraft_Server1.2.5 jar.
Its not Illegal to post a link, its when that link is violating Copyright laws that is illegal.
If this site doesn't have the required "paperwork" to distribute 1.2.5 jars (or any jars for the matter) then it is simply violating the copyright laws.

The thing about it is, I look into minecraft forge official download page (A.K.A:

and the latest build (for 1.2.5) is 134, and you say I need ATLEAST 152, So how can I solve this?
