The title say everything. I (we, I think..) need a simple way to get the actual coords of the turtle (to navigate). I know that it can be done by lua coding, but its very inefficient (involve files for memory… and a lot of variables). Coords are VERY basic tools that should be implemented in turtleOS API (hardcoded) to "relax" the lua CPU calculations.

thanks for this amazing mod!

the ccmagic peripheral will have this when it is released and variations of turtle positioning programs are about as common as password programs it like the first thing everyone makes.

And you might be getting a "minecraft realistic" version of coordinates in 1.31 just have to wait and see if the idea gets implemented as we gave it :unsure:/>/>

B)/>/> :unsure:/>/> B)/>/> brilliant much better sounding than letting the turtle hit f3 (if it gets implemented)

you could also do what people are doing right now. tell the turtle where it is and let it do the math
