Provide energy turtles is sometimes problematic. I propose to add the block "energy transmitter", which in a certain radius supports moving turtles. For its use of fuel supply, and turn on and off signal Redstone. When a turtle is out of radius, then it goes to the fuel from their slots.

No. It's unrealistic and doesn't fit with the mod.

I think a better idea is a charging station. Have it start at a charging station, or put INTO the charging station GUI to charge the turtles' "battery", and that battery would last only a certain distance. The power would also drain slowly for as long as the turtle is "on", and if it runs out, you would get the same error for out of fuel, just "out of energy"

I don't see the advantage of this system over the current fuel system.

Compatibility with IndustrialCraft or BuildCraft. This probably wouldn't do very well for a built in thing, but would be a neat peripheral if someone made it.
