[Request] Someone to setup a Monitor Spawn Tutorial

I am recently starting a new tekkit server, however, i would like to request for someone to come on my server and make a Spawn Tutorial using Monitors. I wouldn't mind paying if its needed.

What do you mean by Spawn tutorial? a scrolling rules list?
