cocoa bean bug

there is a bug where if you brake a full grown cocoa bean with a turtle (any kind) it gives you the thing you see in NEI not cocoa beans

I thought cocoa beans were not fully released yet? AFAIK it's just within the snapshot?

No, they are in 1.3.2I thought cocoa beans were not fully released yet? AFAIK it's just within the snapshot?
I think it's giving the block instead of the items that it drops. That's weird.

Unless I'm missing something here? http://www.minecraftwiki.net/wiki/Cocoa_Pods#History I thought the snapshots were marked with the 12w"whatever"…?No, they are in 1.3.2

Yes, but that's a 1.3 snapshot :P/>/>Unless I'm missing something here? http://www.minecraft...oa_Pods#History I thought the snapshots were marked with the 12w"whatever"…?No, they are in 1.3.2

But does dan200 or Cloudy have anything programmed for stuff created in snapshots?
Posted 26 September 2012 - 10:59 PM
Everything was created in snapshots between major releases. Cocoa beans were implemented in snapshots between 1.2.5 and 1.3.1, and were included in 1.3.1. They've worked in the latest official, non-snapshot version of minecraft for months now.

I was just wondering if cocoa beans were ever considered by dan200 or Cloudy when they updated to 1.31… If not, then that might explain why FrodoMatrix is having this issue.

We can only rely on what the block tells us it drops. If the block for some reason is telling us that it drops the cocoa pods, then that's what the turtle will pick up.
I will look into it.

Small idea, but could it be the tool used? I know that cocoa pods are harvested better with swords, so maybe that has something to do with it?

Everything breaks 50% faster with sword, tool used == not an issue

Meh, just an idea.
