[WIP] [OS] CraftOS 2.0 - Windows Themed OS [UnOfficial]

Description
CraftOS 2.0 is a windows themed OS but inside of ComputerCraft, kinda like WinOS but recoded (and better).

Features
CO2.0 features many things from windows for example, the start menu, the task bar, and the clock.

Upon your first time using this OS, a setup screen opens, the setup screen asks for a username/password so you can register.

On the bottom right is a clock, on the bottom left is a start button.

When you open the start menu, it shows all your programs.

you should probably not name your unofficial OS CraftOS 2.0, since that's the name of the official OS and they will likely have a v2.0 when CC hits version 2.0.
