Forum Picture Issues

Hey it's just a small issue, but if I try to set a new Picture in this forum as my User Picture, it says "Failed to set new Photo" And sometimes it says nothing. Please fix that.

I doubt there's any way that they can fix that themselfes, they're using forum software (http://www.invisionpower.com/apps/board/)
