Specified Item To Activate Redstone Output

I thought about this a while but never could get a code for it. Im looking for a short code that will allow a player to place a specific item into a nearby chest, then a filter would take that item away. Finally a redstone output would be activated. The idea was for doors that require payment to access. Any help is appreciated Thanks!

Wrong place to post. This should be in General if it is a challenge, or in Ask a Pro if you need help with code you already have.
Use a turtle. It can do everything you just said.
