Can someone make a (vanilla) minecraft_server.jar/mods folder with the mods computercraft, industrialcraft 2, buildcraft, and redpower please? Its for my server and i dont know how to install any of them besides computercraft…

I'm afraid you'll have to do that yourself. Or you could try the tekkit server, which more or less does what you want.
