There should be a turtle only obtainable through creative or the give command that has creative abilitys!
Boolean Sucess =turtle.spawn(Number ItemID, Number MetaData, Number Amount)
Boolean Sucess =turtle.tp(Number x, Number y, Number z)
Numbers x,y,z =turtle.getPos()
Numbers BlockID, Metadata =turtle.getBlock[up|down]()
They may also be able to break bedrock.

i see greif
a LOT of greif,
self replicating bots that can clear an entire area easily while causing massive lag
i know hack clients can do this with creative but this will make it WAY to easy D:

There are already a couple of peripherals that do this (people use em for holodecks and stuff). There are also plans to support core CC to hook into and control an operator panel.
These allow everything you want.

Maybe there shouldn't be a recipe for it, instead it's only obtainable through the creative inventory.
