I think this would make it easier to find relevant topics, as future versions are released.
And ease the confusion when code doesn't work as intended on different versions.

Off-topic: A suggestions/feedback (I'd prefer naming it Feedback, 'Suggestions' entails spam/ridiculous requests) forum would be nice too.

The only codes that wouldn't work for now are text color codes in 1.2 and 1.21
