Printed pages on walls

In the next update is it possible to put printed pages on walls.

I don't care whether you have to right click still to view them, but this idea would be perfect for an adventure map i'm making (and for others too).

Yeah, that's what I do instead of signposts as well.
Remove part of my wall instead of placing a signpost.

But back at OP's suggestion, sticking a Printed Page against a wall is actually nothing more but a signpost with a higher definition.
You'd have to stand closer to it in order to read it (and can be placed on walls?)

Latest Minecraft has frames in which you can place a map (among other items).
What you'd want to do is something similar with the Printed Page item.

using itemframes, you cannot read the page, what i'd like is the ability to see the content

Before this can happen there'd need to be some sort of forge hook, so we can render differently in an item frame. There isn't one right now - but I'll look into one if there is one in the future.
