Growing Greatwood tree's, they doesn't grow

Yoooo guys,

I want that my Greatwood Sapling will grow, but he will not grow.
can someone help me ??
I know that i need to have a aura of 8000, but how can i see hoe much aura i have ???
Please respond!!
