Using Tekkit 3.1.2, Sphax x128 for Tekkit and an updated CC 1.41.
Forgive me if this is a glitch with the texture pack, a glitch due to my manual update of my server and client to 1.41, or something else not within the scope of CC. The issue: Turtle Upgrades seem to be using a lower resolution texture in a high resolution (x128) texture pack. Not my picture, but a better one of the problem than I have:
