[1.46] Allow extra inventory while crafting.

Unless I'm missing something, slot 1-3, 5-7, and 9-11 are the slots the recipe needs to be in.
Unfortunately, if you have anything in the other slots, the turtle will fail at crafting.
I think it would be nice if users could craft even if there is stuff in the other slots.

actually, any 3x3 area can be used, not just the top-left. It would certainly be possible to constrain it to the top-left 3x3, allowing the remaining slots to hold items, but I suspect this was a deliberate design choice, to limit the power of crafting turtles.
