Interaction With Ribbon Cables (RP2)

Hey there guys.

This may have been suggested prior to this. I did a quick seach and I couldn't find anything so here it is.

Would it be possible to get some way to interact directly with ribbon cables. Bundled cable can be interacted with, it would be interesting if something could be done with the interaction with ribbon cables also.

I'm not sure this is possible or feasible but I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask and find out :)/>

Since ribbon cables are purely Redpower, it's not likely. Ribbon cables just link objects AFAIK, and don't transmit data. Not sure if that is correct, but you would have to as Eloraam, the creator of Redpower.

Nah - it wouldn't be nice to step on Elo's toes - she graciously let us use her wires, lets not interact with her peripherals too.

Aside from Eloraam's permission you need some logic to use Ribbon Cable. What should be when so different computers interacts? Nothing good I think.
