Please provide more info regarding the bug. Just giving one sentence does not help us fix it.

Since enderchests don't have their own inventory, but are linked to a player, it wouldn't know which player's enderchest to put items into.

I checked with chickenbones edner chests mod. They works fine.

This is indeed because the players are linked to the chest, and that turtles arent counted as a player. Locking thread.
