one example is SecureOS wich uses an outdated bios.lua
and AxBoot wich isnt even an OS, just a bootloader
i dont get why they were posted there in the first place
im talking about the os section on the wikiAnd some don't exist, and some are just plain rubbish (iHome)
It actually was put on the wiki, and was tagged withihome was never put on the wiki
{{delete}}
and someone further blanked the page - which was rather irritating. It was deleted a couple of days back.Once again, I bring up the point - what "is" an OS anyway? I don't want or intend for any discussion on said definition on this thread, but there are a large number of "operating system" branded products that have yet to comply with any of the broad-definitions the forums have created so far.What exactly are you suggesting? Do you want to take the outdated ones off the OS page? Seeing as how it's a wiki, you could just edit it and put "outdated' somewhere at the top.
And as to why they were posted there in the first place - well I would imagine that the authors were either looking to brag about them or somebody got bored.
If you could (via PM), list all the OS'es that you know are outdated for both 1.47 and 1.41 (as some people still use 1.41 with RP2, so some backwards compatibility is useful). This will help speed up my sorting of these pages.many of the OSes there are outdated and not being supported anymore

I would ask that, while in the Wiki Discussion subforum, you read posts - particularly ones of importance - very carefully. This should also be applied in practice across the entire forums, as not looking before you jump is very inadvisable.Once again, I bring up the point - what "is" an OS anyway? I know he didn't, I just know someone's gonna pounce on the opportunity.
Feel free to do so, it's a simple HTML table.I think we should push this a bit further and actually get a good comparison table going. A requirements subsection and a features subsection, with various things that it needs/does checked/unchecked/whatever. Color coded for yes/no would be nice.
