I am not a huge fan of startup programs that waste my time. Almost 15 seconds just to get to the password prompt? Not my kind of program, sorry…
Edit: Also, your code does not work. It will ask for a password, and will ALWAYS loop forever if the pass is incorrect. It will actually time out, and anyone can gain access to your computer, as you started your loop AFTER you asked for the password.

you didn't edit it, it still doesn't work, you are repeating nothing.
Also please at least put the code in your signature in a spoiler, or just make it a link to this thread instead.
